Found a one-eyed black and white stray cat in Overbrook

Hi, there was a stray cat clawing and crying at me and my neighbors doors in Overbrook. He looks too clean to be a stray and I'm wondering if anybody lost this sweet baby. He has one eye and he has a chipped ear. My partner will take him if he doesn't have a home. I wanted to double check if anybody is missing him or recognizes him. Please PM me if this cat belongs to anybody you know so we can return him safely. My friend is setting up a heating pad and a home for him outside because I already have a cat inside - otherwise I would bring him in. Thank you for reading!
