Got a lost little kitty home

Searching Lost Philadelphia May 13, 2026
While heading to work in the morning, I found this little guy outside. No collar, extremely friendly, obviously taken care of by someone. But my job is at the intersection of two busy roads in the city and he had been seen darting across it several times. He had been sitting outside the building for quite a bit. I scooped him up and marched him inside. He lived inside my room all day until I could get him out of there. One coworker ran out to get him a little litter box and some canned food, another gave me a ride during lunch to get him to my house, a third ran interference so no one would notice the cat. Several coworkers visited to hang out with the little guy. We work a brutal job so he was the light of everyone’s day. I rushed home after work to give him a bath and a flea treatment, then took him to my vet. They found his microchip, found his owner, and spirited him out of my life. I’m glad he’s home, but I’m so sad. I didn’t get to say goodbye. I’ll miss you Jules.
