What do I do with this kitten?

Found this kitten while running over the Cesar Chavez/Iowa bridge by the dome this morning. She was limping and moving slowly, obviously terrified of the cars on the street and started meowing as soon as she saw me. Luckily was close to home so carried her back. We have 3 dogs and no room for any additional so we need to find a place pretty quickly. I called the Humane Society and they open at 12:30 but I’m assuming they don’t let anyone just roll in and give up animals. Does anyone have any ideas on where we can take her? She can’t be more than couple months old and I’m pretty sure she has an injured back leg. I just want to give her a shot at a good life 🥺 I appreciate any help and apologize if this is not an appropriate topic. I know strays are a big problem in this city.
