lost/potentially dumped dog found in newell

posted this on nextdoor and facebook, figure i should post here too. about 10 PM last night, my roommate and i came home from a grill n chill to find this girl shivering in the cold behind our place. after calming her down and bringing her in i found she had no tags despite having a collar. she also seems to be injured or a have a lame hip. she doesn't use one of her back legs to move around, but despite that she's very mobile and is able to walk around without any difficulty. if anything she sprints everywhere. after talking to a few people this morning i believe she was dumped on our property because of her nonfunctioning leg, but i don't know that for sure. we have security cameras around our house, but i don't have access to them since we rent. going to see if i can get our landlord to pull up any videos of our driveway between 6-10 PM last night. going to take her to a vet today after work to see if she's chipped and either injured or disabled. please let me know if anyone recognizes this pup! she's super bouncy and otherwise a very happy dog, i can't believe we found her in the state we did. EDIT: due to my lease i can't keep a dog and our house inspection is this week, so i have found her a foster. her leg has healed a lot in the past week and she's walking on it pretty consistently now, and even standing up on it too. i doubt it was broken or dislocated, probably just sprained or bruised really hard. still have never been reached out by anyone who's claimed to keep her. at this point i genuinely think she was abandoned.
