Pet Rehome Help
#UPDATE: THANK YOU REDDIT!!!!! ARCHIE HAS FOUND HIS FOREVER HOME!! THANK YOU TO THE FAMILY AND THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO REACHED OUT ABOUT HIM!!!! Hey yall! This is Archie (8m Schnauzer-German Long Haired Pointer mix) at 8 months he’s 33lb Just trying to widen the pool and give this a try. Kinda desperate. My friend adopted him a month ago but has an auto immune disease and her pain is becoming debilitating some days. Super smart 8 month old. House broken. Potty Trained. Leash trained. Obedience trained. Good with kids. Eager to meet and play with other dogs. However she hasn’t had the chance for him to interact with many dogs much besides walks because she doesn’t already have a dog (her sweet old dog passed away last year) The shelter did not indicate any aggression/reactive behavior towards other animals nor humans. He is the smartest dog she’s ever trained (she’s a retired dog trainer) and is high energy. She’s trying to rehome before taking him back to the original shelter. He comes with food, bed and toys. We can arrange drop off or pick up. EDIT: he has ALL SHOTS AND NEUTERED.

Things have taken a turn for the worse in my life, and I have to give up my dog. Thought I'd try here before trying any less desirable options.
