Found cat in Englewood. Please help me see if we can get him home!

Hey y’all, we’ve been feeding a couple of stray cats on our porch in Englewood, one of which is this big boy. He is incredibly friendly and affectionate, which makes me think he may have a family out there who’s looking for him. I already have plans to try to get him to Humane Colorado tomorrow if we can get him in a carrier. His eye is not doing so well and it appears he may have some leg injuries too. Does anyone recognize him? Or have experience getting a “stray” cat into a carrier? He is not feral and shouldn’t be trapped according to Humane Colorado. I’ve already posted to the Englewood sub but wanted to get a wider audience on this guy. Thanks!
