Lost female dog in the memorial park area

We are currently seeking help on locating Caramel. She is a female red/orange shepherd mix. She was last spotted in the memorial park area possibly heading up Piedras and was last spotted near Memphis but the person who spotted her lost sight. She responds well to her name, but is people shy and will need chicken or treats for reassurance. She will give people she doesn’t recognize a possible hard time grabbing her so it would be best to call to give location updates until a rescuer she recognizes arrives.
