Spiders

What spiders are these?? Both found in my kitchen two weeks apart after pest control had come two weeks ago after finding the first one out of two that initially led me to call pest control. I have a two year old so I’m worried and it’s still January what is going on? 😭Note my home is clean but I do have a dog??? West El Paso by Franklin.
