Missing Dog from Watertown

Hello neighbors. A friend of mine lost their dog on 11/19 in Watertown near the elementary school. At this point they fear he was stolen and they are heartbroken. The whole of Wilson county has been looking for this dog and not a trace. Please BOLO for this Golden Retriever or anyone offering to sell him. His name is Oakley. He is a 4yo intact male and he is chipped. He is on the larger side for a golden and his fur has a reddish hue. Very friendly. There is a 1000 dollar reward for his safe return.
