Abandoned/Lost Dog

I posted this to the murfreesboro sub but I’m waiting for approval. Is this anyone’s dog? He’s roaming around Barfield Crescent park/Wilderness Station on the Marshall Knob Trail in Murfreesboro. He’s very sweet but skittish and anxious. He flinches when you pet him and is wearing a shock collar. No tags. He might’ve been dumped.
