Found dog

Dog found yesterday running around near williams and dekum. He is safe. He is a bit skinny. I am a dog groomer, so I took him into my shop today and gave him a bath (he was very stinky and urine stained) and did his toes. He's a very sweet boy. If you recognize him, please let me know how I can contact the owner. I can't hold on to him long. So I will also be looking for a foster If owners aren't found. Let me know if you're interested. Like I said, he is a very sweet boy, young very food and treat motivated. Seemed to be dog reactive, especially small dogs. I also probably wouldn't trust him around cats.
