Found Cat

Found this cat a block or two from Powells bookstore downtown today! Local skate shop (Tactics) watched her for the day while I made a post on Nextdoor and nobody has reached out. I’m fostering her right now, she ate a whole plate of food immediately too. She has a harness and a studded collar that has four bells on it so I assume she has an owner. If you recognize her, please let me know her name so I can confirm you are the owner! The tag on her has a crossed out/faded number and name of the cat.
