Need Help Recovering Stolen Equipment Stolen - Lost Dog Search and Trapping Group

Our trapping group "Lost dog search and trapping" had a humane dog trap set today to try to help a family recover their pet. We usually dont leave our equipment unattended but we had to leave for a short period. The trap was propped open so we would not capture another animal and we had a cellular cam watching the trap. The man pictured here threw our cam to the ground as we spoke through the cellular cam microphone asking him to leave our equipment. He knew it was not scrap, or trash. He stole it. Louisville... we need your help in identifying this man. Not the greatest pic but he has a distinct moustache. He stole one of our dog traps this yesterday at 3:30pm. It was set for a missing owned dog off the Gene Snyder (westbound) in the grassy area between Bardstown Road and Beulah Church exits. We have this equipment to help people humanely recover their lost pets. Please help us identify this person and recover our stolen equipment. Feel free to message me with information if you recognize this person. A police report has been filed and we’ve been in contact with all of the local scrap metal recycling centers.
