FOUND PET Parakeet, light blue, gray and white wings. Very friendly, came right to me with a bowl of water, we have it captured in a cat carrier and he/she is drinking water and seems fine, just some ruffled feathers. Paristown Point neighborhood, Goullon Court, near the Cafe and Fleur de Flea. Comment or DM if you know whose pet this is!
