Maggots at Kroger (Hubbards Ln, St. Matthews)

Title says it all. I picked up a little cat bed at Kroger today, and right after leaving the store, I noticed it was crawling with maggots. The employees didn’t seem surprised at all. I told them exactly where I found it, thinking someone might make sure there aren’t more maggot-infested products sitting there. But nope. One of them quickly whispered to the return guy to refund it, and that was it. It felt more like they were trying to keep it hush hush, not deal with it. Just a heads-up for anyone shopping there. I know I will be avoiding this store.
