Hurt cat found in street - any help?

I found this cat laying in the middle of the street. It seems to have a back injury and may have been out here all night. I'm at work at can't do anything but managed to get it off the street. Anyone have any advice or would be willing to come get it? I can keep him in my truck all day if I have to but I wouldn't know what to do from there and I doubt it would be good for him.
