Found cat, Barclay Apts

Hello! Left this morning for a walk and came across this friendly, taken care of cat around the Barclay Square buildings. They have a collar with a bell but no tag or identification. They’re agreeable to pets and very talkative. I don’t have a car or else I might swing them by a vet office or the HS to check for a chip. I know it’s been more or less proven to be an urban legend that black cats are more likely to be in danger this time of year but I’d still hate for something bad to happen/or it’s collar to get stuck on something. If you recognize the cat or have any ideas, feel free to let me know!
