found dog near washington park

intact male german shepherd, not skittish but not jumping into my lap. fed him water and some cat food (all i got). might have been dumped, he's kinda skinny. had collar but no tags. please share if you recognize this dog! edit: we got him into our back yard, neighbors dropped off food and treats, and one even came over and gave him a bath! he's much less wary now, he's a sweet boy that just wants to follow you around. it's confirmed that someone abandoned him at the dog park, so we're looking for someone to foster/forever home him. EDIT: he's been adopted! thanks for everyone who helped!
