Dog Found

Neighbor found this guy roaming around Lois St and Pope Rd on the south side of town. Has a collar but no tag. He's super friendly and was quite hungry. He's a bit whiny and worried though. We have a couple other photos but could only upload the one, and this is the best full body. He's safe for the night, and will check for chip in the tomorrow. If anyone is missing or recognizes this pooch, please let me know.
