Found cat seems like a pet!

Found an all black neutered male cat in my yard moments ago he is not a kitten but definitely not a senior either, he is a long and lanky boy. I have strays around but he is not one, and all of the strays have been through the TNR program so they have their ears clipped. I feel he’s someone’s pet as he’s very sweet and was friendly with my cats as well as me as soon as I gave him food. He is a huge sweetheart. I have brought him inside, he is very skinny right now, maybe got lost during the storm? Beautiful pale green eyes. Found on Wood Terrace Drive which is near Croc Encounters or the 301/Harney intersection. I will take him to get scanned ASAP but wanted to post in the meantime as I won’t be able to until after work tomorrow. I will be posting on Facebook groups too. He has no fleas, e
