Lost dog - OBT and Holden area

Good morning Reddit, I am posting in the hopes that someone may have seen my dog Leo. He managed to jump over our baby gate that is blocking the front door yesterday and escaped while I was attempting to bring something inside. I was unable to catch up with him, and by the time I got in my car to look for him in the neighborhood I could not see him. My fiancé came home from work to look for him as well, but was unable to find him as well. Leo is a white and cream Pomeranian. He is 5.5 years old, microchipped, and weighs about 13-15lbs. He was not wearing a collar at the time he was lost. He is very friendly but may run when approached. He responds well to treats.
