Found cat in Harwood.

Cat found in the alley of the 400 block of E Lorraine Ave (odd side) 21218. Unknown gender. Black and white (more white). She isn't tipped and she's friendly, but scared/skittish. She cries/meows like a baby and I'm pretty sure she belongs to someone. I could not take her inside unfortunately due to other animals but she was still out there when I checked last night. Also posted to Facebook groups, Next Door, and Petco love lost pets database.
