Found dog

Finder is taking to BARCS to scan for chip again and to get into the system. I, or the Finder already: -Posted flyers. -Posted on several lost and found groups on facebook. -Shared to Nextdoor and Neighbors. -Shared to multiple missing pet websites. -Shared with local groomers to see if they recognize. -Shared with Maryland pet professionals forums/groups. -Sent to local vets to see if they recognize. Owner should provide proof of ownership or describe the collar the dog is wearing. Thanks
