Lost Cat

Hello, A stray cat recently showed up to my house and has been trying to get in. I in contact with shelters and awaiting an appointment to check for a chip. In the meantime I have been posting on neighborhood apps, Facebook pages, etc. For lost and found pets and thought I should post here as well. He obviously used to be an indoor cat. He lets me pick him up without issue. Unfortunately, I can't keep him. And I'm not sure If you ran away or someone abandoned him.
