URGENT! EMERGENCY REHOMING FOR CATS NEEDED

So thankful we found a safe place for them! ❤️ Hi all, I live in Sacramento with two roommates. My lease ends in a week and I am moving out of the city. One of my roommates has abruptly left for China (permanently) with no prior notice and abandoned his two cats. I am unable to care for these cats and need emergency rehoming asap. I have contacted SPCA in Sacramento who mentioned they have a waiting list of about one year, and I also contacted Happy Tails and left a voicemail. I am out of ideas and I’m very concerned about the welfare of these cats. Any recommendations? Additionally, putting pictures here if anyone is interested in privately rehoming these cats. Their names are Black & White and are both fully white female cats. They turn 3 years old in a month. Food, treats, beds, litter, box, supplies, toys would all be provided on rehoming.
