2 stray cats

Found 2 stray cats behind a building, one seemed in pretty poor shape and was very skinny, and the other seemed fine but both seem to be strays, however very friendly strays. I really wish I could help these kitties but I cannot afford to help them at this time, is there anyone who could possibly help? I have the location and feel 100% they are still there with how chill they were. These two seem really bonded and think they need to go together.
