FOUND: Lost dog downtown

EDIT/UPDATE: Rufus/Dewey is Mylo!!!! He has been reunited we the his human. Thank you everyone who commented :) give your furbaby a smooch for me Hi everyone! Saturday morning when the main library opened, this sweet boy wandered in! My wonderful coworker is currently fostering him, we're calling him Rufus (chpl mascot) or Dewey. He looks and smells like he's had a fresh cut recently, but came in with no collar/chip. If you recognize this sweet guy, please let me know!
