Is anyone looking to adopt a cat in the Homestead area?

Howdy, I recently cared for a stray cat and her kittens who wandered near where I lived this year, but I had to move earlier than expected. Unfortunately, she went missing as I was preparing to relocate, and I found out that she'd returned a few days later. A friend was initially going to keep the mama, but some things came up, and it will be quite a while before I can return to the area due to work and some other things. Everyone I've asked already has their hands full or isn't able to take on any pets. My friend is leaning toward taking her to the shelter in Doral, but I said I'd check around first. The cat was spayed and received her shots around June of this year. I'm not sure how old she is, but I think she's probably a year or two old (if that).
