Lost Dog

Hi folks. My brother found a dog off old kings road s and rondeau dr, seems like its definitely someones dog that got out. very sweet puppy, probably a year old at the most. pit mix maybe, white with brown on his face and back. anyone know who's dog this is? Edit: new pics
