Found injured kitten

My husband found this poor little kitty while out on at Avencina urgent care in orange park. He called around and nothing is open. I read another post that someone said all the shelters are full, we already have 3 cats and can't affort or fit another one but we want to help this poor creature. One of the eyes is injured. Unsure what to do.... does anyone know a place that could help?
