A friend’s senior dog Oliver went missing on 1/22 around 4:30 pm near Cumberland & Powhatan in NW Portland. • Small (\~20 lbs), thick fur • Poor vision and hearing – may not respond to calling • Very gentle, not aggressive • Likely hiding quietly under porches, bushes, decks, or in garages If you live or walk in this area including Forest Park, please: • Check yards, porches, sheds, and garages • Keep an eye out while walking or driving slowly • Share this with neighbors nearby Photo attached.
