Lost Dog Spotted – Hwy 99 Northbound near CA-4 (around 5:20 PM) I spotted a small dog that appears to be lost on the highway today and wanted to share in case someone is looking for them. 📍 Location: • CA-99 Northbound (toward Sacramento) • Just past the CA-4 interchange (Stockton area – see map pin) 🕔 Time: • Around 5:20 PM 🐶 Description: • Small dog • Wearing a dark brown / olive green jacket • Looks like a Chihuahua / Terrier mix • Was alone near the roadway — did not appear to be a stray ⚠️ This is a very dangerous area, and I’m worried the dog could get hit by traffic.
