Is this your cat?

This cat followed me and my boyfriend in Midtown. My boyfriend scanned her with his Flipper Zero and found that she has a microchip. We called the microchip company and they sent our contact info to the owner. She is pretty friendly, but does appear in need of some veterinary care. She's missing a lot of fur around the head and neck and is sensitive to touch in certain places on her face. We're planning on taking her to a shelter tomorrow to get checked out and we're fine with keeping her until the owner can get her.
