Hello, if anyone lost a cat I saw them in the area circled it in the picture

Hello, if anyone is recently missing a cat just saw them about five minutes ago. It’s a black-and-white cat ( baseball size black spot on their side wearing a vest. I think it was either purple or pink. Posting this at 3:23 PM Tuesday, January 6. They’re crossing the street very un safely.
