How Can i Help This Cat?

Does anyone know of a place where i can take a stray cat to get well taken care of? At the moment, i currently don’t have the funds to help this cat. I’m not sure how old he is, but he’s not nurtured, he has a broken(?) tail, and recently he got hurt. On his side, there’s a chunk of fur missing, and you can see his skin. It’s so odd idk what happened, if he got in a cat fight or what. This happened a few days ago. He’s been staying with me for now. But he desperately needs to get checked on, i’m also worried about underlying health issues he may have. It’s very hard getting him to drink water, he doesn’t drink enough. This is the most loving cat ever. He loves to snuggle and he loves attention and love. Seriously, my dream cat. I would really really love to keep him, however, things are tough at the moment. I would wait till closer to the end of the year when i get payed but even then i’m afraid i won’t be able to afford to get him the help me needs AND i don’t want to make him wait when he could be hurting. Again, sweetest cat ever, he deserves the world. I want to make sure he gets the help he can get and he gets a warm and loving home. Does anyone know who i can reach out to for financial help or is there anyone willing to take care of this kitty?
