Found Persian Cat 33174

Hi! Someone I know asked me for help finding the owner of this little guy. She took him to get checked for a microchip but he doesn’t have one. He is super friendly, she gave him food and he was starving. He’s also been recently groomed so we’re assuming someone must be missing him! Please message me if you think you know who he might belong to so we can get him home or who we can reach out to for help.
