Looking for resources, screwed over by insurance company

Hello, I'm looking for some resources for a rough living situation for a friend in the Orlando area. Just before hurricane Ian, a pipe burst under their slab and flooded the entire house. They paid out of pocket to get the entire house replumbed with all new pipes, but it was too late. Mold remediation in the walls was necessary. The insurance company paid for the mold remediation. The flood affected every room in the house, and the drywall 4 feet up the walls and all of the floors were removed as well as the kitchen island and their kitchen sink. The house was deemed uninhabitable, and the insurance company sent them to live in a hotel. The insurance company has been messing around with them for 6 months.
